Dumbstupid aside, since when is the Constitution incompatible with socialism? Article I, Section 8 outlines some considerable overlap: Congress can tax and redistribute wealth as a matter of providing for the general welfare of the people. Perhaps doofus Broun should read the Constitution, along with all of the various Court precedents and historical analyses, before he spouts off about who “believes” in it.
