Total Recall in Wisconsin

Good news from the great white north.

The Wisconsin board that oversees elections rejected most challenges Monday to a recall effort targeting three Republican state senators, clearing the way for a July 12 election.

The Government Accountability Board [GAB] rejected the challenges made to recall petitions targeting Republican Sens. Dan Kapanke of La Crosse, Randy Hopper of Fond du Lac and Luther Olsen of Ripon.

State Senators Robert Cowles, Sheila Harsdorf, and Alberta Darling are also facing potential recalls and the Accountability Board will judge each of them beginning May 31st.

How’s the union-killing Scott Walker working out for you now, Republicans? Just a few months ago there was buzz about Walker possibly entering the presidential race and several current GOP candidates, including Tim Pawlenty and Newt Gingrich, heartily endorsed Walker’s efforts.

If the currently pending recall campaigns are successful, the Republican majority in Wisconsin will be over.

Please, oh PLEASE let Scott Walker quit Wisconsin to run for the GOP nod for ’12. PLEASE!

Him, Palin, The Frothy Mixture, The Adulterer, and The Human White Noise Machine are a dream fight!

Please, Wisconsinites, set your Governor FREE!

Yep, those wonderful unions, looking out for…
    themselves.
Well, that is what they do, I guess. They support what is best for their members, like minimum wage laws (another throwback to the Jim Crow era- oh well). It’s all about the “middle class” and “living wages,” which makes the young, unskilled, and a high proportion of minorities but fodder for these thoughtful folks.
    Go democorrupts!

What have your wonderful Republican monarchs done for you or for this nation as a whole? It seemed like they did fuck all. Nothing accomplished besides blaming a black man for everything they’re desperate to pin on and not taking any responsibilities for their crass incompetence.

Congrats, you just falsely stereotyped unions in one short, dim-witted swoop!

It’s no use counting our big D Democratic chickens before they hatch – but damn! If Walker’s legislature turns blue mid-term, this would be very, very significant for the entire country.

This is historic. I hope that Wisconsinite Cescans are out there doing their part.
