Sarah Palin Isn't Running for President

Maybe it finally seeped into her mushy skull that no one likes her and that she would totally embarrass herself. Here she is with Mark the Talking Adenoid making it official:

I gotta say — part of me is disappointed. She would have been a psycho-bomb ignited in the middle of an already chaotic Republican field. And it would have been oh-so-fun to watch.

Fun to watch? Yeah, but isn’t that why we have Comedy Central? Every time this woman opened her mouth, it trivialized the Presidency a little bit. Every time she showed up in that dumb bus, it cheapened our political process a little bit. “Candidates” like Palin, Frothy, Bachmann and Ron Paul can be hilarious, but they are distractions from the real issues that we need to think about.

Perhaps she was concerned that her inaugural speech wouldn’t fit on the palms of her hands. Or perhaps she was concerned that it would.

$1.4 million parked at SarahPAC — she needs it to pay for her new manse in Arizona. Of course, if it can be proven she had made up her mind not to run months ago and continued to collect PAC money for a presidential run, she could be in trouble.

I never thought there was a chance in hell that she would run and predicted that many months ago. It’s way too much work and she’s lazy. She didn’t even want to serve out the rest of her term as Gov of Alaska, there was money to be made.

She said she will seek the GOP Nomination.
If Romney is the candidate I expect Sarah to run an anti-establishment third party bid.
Not that she could win, she’d probably rather not win but it would guarantee at least another book and months on the lecture circuit.

If she did run thrid party, it would guarantee Obama’s reelection, but I don’t think she’ll do it — she’d lose too much money.
