Ten Words

Here’s a potential Obama campaign pitch in ten words, as coined by David Axelrod and repeated by Joe Biden:

“Osama Bin Laden is dead and General Motors is alive”

Yeah, that’s pretty okay. It’s not perfect, but it’s as close to a ten word elevator pitch for a Democratic candidate since Carville’s: “Change or more of the same. It’s the economy stupid.”

Meh, not the greatest pitch I’ve heard. But “There is a black guy in the White House!” seems to be working just fine for the other side.

“Osama Bin Laden is dead and General Motors is alive”

Anything that can “focus the minds” of the idiot Left. And you’ll probably need to use the talking point against them(the Left) more than against the Right. The current GOP contest on the Right is really just a years-long “beauty contest,” an advertising pitch to voters on the Left (Romney for older women, Paul for the youth, and Santorum for the “Reagan” Democrats). That’s why they adopted proportional balloting….the quicker you declare a nominee, the MORE money becomes an issue in the general . They saw how their “he pals around with terrorists” campaign was neutralized by Obama’s $700mil. How did he get that much money? A long protracted campaign! The GOP just got a year of free anti-Obama TV media with 20 debates. American Super PAC has been sitting at around $50mil for about a year.

Wow! A broken clock is right twice a day. Chuck Todd: Mitt Romney campaign is a carbon copy of Hillary Clinton’s “inevitability” campaign of 2008.

Will someone on the Left please tell me why they(the Left) go into hiding when GOP, the party that gave us the Patriot Act, starts railing against government over reach
