Chris Christie Is Still A Jerk

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie raged out on a constituent again today who was objecting to his plan to merge Rutgers and Rowan University. Christie called the man an idiot as police escorted him from the premises, and again after the man was gone. Very brave!

William Brown, a second-year Rutgers’ law student, was persistent in his questioning about a planned merger between Rutgers and Rowan University. Christie supports the merger.

Christie told Brown that if he interrupts as a lawyer in court, “your rear end’s going to end up thrown in jail, idiot.”

The governor called Brown an “idiot” again to the crowd after Brown left and said, “Damn, man, I’m governor! Could you just shut up for a second?”

William Brown is a veteran and former Navy SEAL. You know, some big idiot, according to Chris Christie who wouldn’t be re-elected if the election were held tomorrow. Who recently vetoed marriage equality.

This kind of behavior is a disqualifier for being selected as vice president. This is all on video. Does the Romney campaign want to see ads playing in October featuring Chris Christie raging out and telling people to shut up?

For more information on this proposed merger that Brown was asking about please see http://r2rmerge.com/. Brown was questioning the loss of access to Rutgers for the many veterans in the South Jersey area, especially since Rutgers is ranked 3rd “Best School for Veterans”. Amputating the Camden campus from Rutgers essentially takes that option away from South Jersey residents. This proposal idea is filled with backroom politics and void of details and logic.

This kind of behavior is a disqualifier for being selected as vice president considered an adult.

    Fixed.

Chris Christie is an oaf and a bully, and he’s proud of it. The Romney campaign might not mind those ads featuring Christie because Rs tend to think of bullies as tough and decisive (not weak and pathetic, which is what they are).

EDITED for a little added clarity

“because Rs tend to think of bullies as tough and decisive (not weak and pathetic).”

Absolutely. Tough guys who are actually scared of everything.

I would have loved to see them brawl it out. I suspect the former navy seal would’ve whooped his fat ass

      I’d pay to watch that!

Let me post a scenario, Mittins wins the presidency and picks Christy as vp. Christy will have a heart attack before the year is out because of his weight and hypertension. That would put boner in as vp. That would put boner one heartbeat away from the presidency. Now isn’t that scary..

Even if the Rs hold on to the House in November, dollars to donuts there’ll be a new Speaker.

      • jimtowndem

that would make kantor the next one up and that is even scarier

In that senario, a pres. Romney could appoint whoever he wanted to serve as VP, as long as the senate confirmed that person. See: Nixon, Agnew, Ford.

Look, I’m a huge fan of your blog, but that clip has obviously been “Brietbarted” to high heaven. Where’s the whole video?

    • http://twitter.com/bubblegenius Bubble Genius

Please, no, please. Don’t turn Breitbrat into a verb. I want him to sink deeper into a sea of obscurity.

So, Chris Christie is an abusive authoritarian ideologue with a visible mean streak, but the guy who served his country and wants to know why education is being assaulted in his home state is the “idiot.”

Hilarious. No sense of irony with these lunatics.

Only “idiots” and “snobs” dare inquire about better education.
