Regarding Our Big Government Socialist President

Here’s a chart Krugman assembled showing public sector (government) employment during each of the last three presidencies.

Trust me, I hate how government workers have been annihilated during this administration — most of which have families, mortgages, debt and a hell of a fight for another job in a difficult economy — but this obviously shows that the president isn’t the big government caricature the Republicans are painting.

      I could be wrong, but I think this reflects job losses across the states, (not just federal), where most of public sector cuts have been.
