Nah. He didn’t embarrass the state. Only half of it — the half composed of people with brains in their heads. The Republican half, on the other hand, gobbled it up, anxiously awaiting the results of his wacky racist tinfoil hat crusade to Hawaii.

    What Ken Bennett said is true. He didn’t mean to embarrass Arizona. His intent was to embarrass Barack Obama—and of course to pander to the 1200 chuckleheads who emailed him (perhaps the Secretary of State’s office should look into installing spam filters).
