Sending Jobs Overseas to Nebraska

This conversation really took place. When challenged about Bain Capital’s practice of outsourcing jobs overseas — ostensibly taking jobs away from Americans and giving them to foreign workers/economies — this exchange ensued…

ED GILLESPIE: A lot of American companies outsource — they outsource domestically, though, as well. For example the Obama For America campaign outsources from its own campaign telemarketing services –

CANDY CROWLEY: –to Omaha or wherever it is…

ED GILLESPIE: Yeah! Exactly!

Oh crap! Really?! The Obama campaign is taking work from Obama campaign volunteers and giving it to professional telemarketing outfits in Nebraska?! Why does Obama hate America?!
