And here’s your WTF story of the day

(Reuters) – Energizer Holdings Inc (ENR.N) on Friday said it is pulling 23 Banana Boat UltraMist sunscreen products from the market because of a potential risk that the products will ignite on a person’s skin if they touch a flame or spark before the spray dries completely.

And here I thought sunscreen was suppose to protect you from being burnt.

    As a user of sun-block (thank you squamous and basal cell), turning to a battery maker just never crossed my mind.

      I have to use it for the same reason and year round here in AZ. They must have thought they were making a cooking oil instead of sunscreen.
