How About More Spending or Another Stimulus?

Dare to dream, but look — the president will have cut the deficit in half within his first four fiscal years, from $1.4 trillion in 2009 to $642 billion by the end of this year. That’s far lower than $845 billion number I’ve been writing about.

So why not do some spending on infrastructure and other programs? The deficit is clearly going to be erased within the next several years, so why not get some stimulus in the meantime?

Oh.

That’s right.

Never mind.

The Republican House. Which is made up of liars and idiots who depend upon telling their people that the president has doubled the deficit to $16 trillion.

Here is an idea. Instead of constantly complaining about the R’s, who are noxious lying creatures….. pick up the phone and call your Congressman and help him out with moral support.

Can we please take the offense here for once. This is liberals eternal flaw. They busy themselves pointing out everyone else’s flaws, (granted it IS fun and it does work to an extent, but we have to be pro-active.

The worst thing happening in this country right now is the destruction of the middle class. We can not sit passively by, complaining. We have to rally the poor, the unwashed masses to action. We have to fight for a Dem majority in the house in 2014 and I don’t care if we have to elect blue dogs. We need to give the gavel back to Henry Waxman.
