Where Are The Jobs?

Apparently the jobs are here.

Job openings have reached a 13-year high according to the Labor Department.

U.S. employers had 4.7 million job openings on the last business day of June, up from 4.6 million a month earlier, the Labor Department said Tuesday. That marked the highest number of openings since February 2001. The number of workers hired ticked up to 4.8 million from May’s 4.7 million.

But I was told Obamacare was the mother of all job killers that we may never recover from.

Now you’re telling me that was a lie?

Wages continue to stagnate, but the tired “where are the jobs” meme, which was uttered by Speaker of the House John Boehner within the last month, is past its prime.

Tomorrow morning, the Rs be whining in chorus that the Labor Department cooked the numbers under orders from the White House to cover up the damage Obamacare has inflicted on the economy.
